Ingredients

Glucose, white sugar, almond nuts (15%), Turkish delight (11%) (water, sugar, corn starch, rose essence, citric acid, flavouring, rose oil, colourants E122 and E110), honey (9%), egg whites, water, wafer sheets (potato starch, vegetable oil [olive]), modified starch, salt and rose flavouring.

Allergens

Contains eggs and tree nuts (almonds).

Made in a factory that also handles wheat, gluten, cow’s milk, soya and sesame seeds.

Storage Instructions

For the best quality and flavour, store your nougat at room temperature (20–22°C) in a cool, dry place. Due to the natural nature of the product, slight changes in shape may occur.

Once opened, keep in an airtight container and enjoy within seven days.
